When will you send my order?
I try to ship orders of pre-existing artworks within one week of receiving full payment. However, commissions obviously take longer and I will keep you informed of progress. I hope that because you have chosen to support a small independent business you have already considered this and I thank you in advance for your patience.
How will you package my order?
Small Unframed Artworks : will be sent in card backed envelopes and wrapped in tissue.
Medium & Large Unframed Artworks: Will be wrapped in tissue and rolled into cardboard tubes. If you’ve ordered multiple prints I will wrap them all together. I recommend removing your artworks from the tube as soon as you receive them, to allow them time to uncurl. It can help to place them flat under a heavy book!
Cards & Postcards: where possible I try to consolidate orders and post them all together. If there are too many items or they don't fit happily in a tube together I'll likely send cards and postcards together in a card backed envelope and artworks separately in a tube.
Framed Artworks: I will bubble wrap and box framed pieces. I use acrylic glazing rather than glass where possible to reduce breakages during shipping.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once posted, delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are. As a rule of thumb:
̂ UK: allow 3-4 working days for delivery
̂ Europe: allow 7-12 working days for delivery
̂ USA/Canada/Australia/ROW: allow 10-14 working days for delivery
In some parts of the world, items may need to clear customs - I'm afraid I have no control over customs delays or any customs charges that may be levied by regional authorities.
Refunds
My artwork was damaged in transit?
Please contact me straight away if your artwork has been damaged in transit (pictures are helpful), and where possible I will sort out a suitable resolution ASAP.
My artwork hasn’t arrived?
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally parcels do go astray in the postal system, especially when travelling internationally. There can be many reasons for the delay, and I've found that most do turn up eventually (often after a little stopover in customs somewhere).
Please allow up to 28 days for your artwork to arrive, but do contact me to let me know that you've not received your order within the timeframe outlined above. Where possible, I'll track it down and give you an updated arrival estimate - and when it really has gone missing, I'll either send out a replacement (if possible) or issue a refund.
