Terms & Conditions
● Privacy Policy – I do not store credit card details nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties
● Delivery Policy – I aim to ship your order within a week of purchase
● Refunds - As long as an item is in its original packaging you can return it within 28 days. Please send me an email so that I can authorise the return. I recommend you send it recorded or with proof of postage, I am not liable for any losses and I do not cover the return postage.
● Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped.
Taxes & Duties
Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Indigo Studio is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and customers must pay for these in full.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will tell you all you need to know about what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Please note that If you refuse your parcel or fail to collect it from customs and as a result it is sent back to Indigo Studio a restock fee of £15.00 will be levied against your refund.
Delivery times may also vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.
US customers: please be aware that import and export tariffs are now applicable on purchases from the UK. Please contact me before making a purchase so that we can attempt to navigate the process together.
